MarchLab ("we", "us", or "our") operates Chrome browser extensions. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our extensions.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
Our extensions operate entirely within your browser. All data processing (such as CSV file parsing) happens locally on your device. No information is sent to our servers or any third-party services.
2. Data Storage
Our extensions may use browser's local storage (localStorage or chrome.storage) to save your preferences and settings (such as envelope type, weight, and delay settings). This data:
- Is stored only on your device
- Is never transmitted to any external server
- Can be cleared by you at any time through browser settings
3. CSV File Processing
When you upload a CSV file to our extension (e.g., "Ukrposhta Mass Mail"), the file is:
- Read and parsed entirely within your browser
- Never uploaded to any server
- Never shared with third parties
- Processed only to fill forms on the target website (e.g., Ukrposhta e-cabinet)
4. Third-Party Services
Our extensions interact only with the websites they are designed for (e.g., ok.ukrposhta.ua). We do not integrate with any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
If you purchase a paid version of our extension, payment processing is handled by Stripe through ExtensionPay. We do not have access to your payment card details. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.
5. Permissions
Our extensions request only the minimum permissions necessary to function:
- storage — to save your preferences between sessions
- activeTab — to interact with web page forms
- host_permissions — limited to specific websites the extension is designed for
6. Children's Privacy
Our extensions are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
